Goldman Sachs
Zone Electrical Contractors was the main contractor for installing and commissioning the Lutron blind control system at Goldman Sachs' new London HQ, managing over 800 blinds. We seamlessly integrated the system with the building’s BMS, enabling precise, automated control of light, temperature, and energy efficiency across the workspace.Our team ensured minimal disruption during installation while maintaining high standards of quality. The Lutron system now works in harmony with the BMS, optimizing energy use and providing a comfortable environment for the building's occupants.

Apple
Zone Electrical Contractors installed an advanced blind control system for Apple across the top six floors of Battersea Power Station, managing over 900 blinds. Each blind features a wireless switch and is integrated with the building’s BMS via Vestamatic control software. The system includes group control and links to a weather station for optimized performance. This solution provides precise, individual control of each blind, as well as automated adjustments based on weather conditions, optimizing natural light and energy efficiency. The installation ensures seamless operation and long-term reliability, meeting Apple’s exacting standards.
